纽西兰近来因为洗钱防制法的关系…开新的银行帐户也变的愈来愈麻烦收到kiwi bank的通知…下周

开始如果要在kiwi bank开新帐户的..以往由住宿地的房主开地址证明已经不能用了

kiwi bank需要有以下的证明文件（任意一种）才能开户(从16,Jun.13开始)
. Tenancy agreement
. Employment agreement or letter from employer
. letter from GP
. proof of their permanent address in their country and certified that’s a true copy
. Utilities bill
. Letter from government

如果这些都没有…银行的做法还有一条

What we think is we could open the bank account for this customer first but the account will stay as unverified(this means customer can made deposit only but couldn’t touch the money, no bank card either). We can print out bank letter for Inland Revenue still, and when the visitor receive their IRD number from government, this can be their proof of address. In this case, they must use their physical address – not PO Box address to receive this letter.

关于存款证明，官方其实是有两点的，原文如下：

• hold a return ticket, or sufficient funds to purchase such a ticket (you must hold sufficient funds for the duration of your visit and for the purchase of an outward ticket from New Zealand, and this evidence may be requested when you arrive at the border)
• have a minimum of NZ$4,200 available funds to meet your living costs while you are here 

关于第一条：

因为很多人在申请签证的时候是没有买机票的，即使签证下来了也是买的单程票过去，所以对于第一条果断的选择sufficient funds to purchase such a ticket （有足够的资金来购买往返机票），而且后面有写当你抵达边境的时候，可能会被要求查看资金证明（至今没发现有人被查，除了曾经有分享过的那个可怜的妹纸，被人举报没有足够的资金，结果被海关查）。

关于第二条：

办理WHV签证的存款证明最少为NZ$4,200，汇率差不多是1:5，折合是软妹币大约为21600。
