前两天幸运的拿到零星名额，后来发现好多人都在问如何刷零星名额，索性今天就写个教程，希望对大家能有所帮助。
Each year, 1000 places are available under this scheme allowing young citizens of China to stay in New Zealand for up to 12 months.
The 2012/13 quota opened 20 August 2012, and is now full.
The quota will open in August 2013.
